If you are a songwriter or music publisher, MZS can provide you with the services you might otherwise need copyright, licensing and royalty staff members to perform.
MZS will : (1) issue all licenses; (2) provide label copy to the party licensing the songs; (3) collect royalties; (4) create statements to the songwriter(s); (5) register songs with the Copyright Office; (6) register songs with the appropriate performance rights organization; and (7) provide worldwide representation through sub-publishers
Comprehensive administration can be provided for a fee based on a percentage of royalties collected. The copyright owner will be responsible for all costs associated with the administration services. These costs include, copyright registration fees and postage and handling charges.
If you find that you only need certain services, such as licensing your songs for ring tone or karaoke use, individual services can be provided for an hourly fee.
